This phone call and stated that if I have an attorney . What the hell

Calls coming in from this number for a couple of days now, no one speaks when I answere. I used my caller id and called back, an automated system took the call giving me three choices, one being to place my number on their don't call list. I chose that and was called the following day.

These people keep calling and leaving no message. They call at least three or four times a day. I am on the "Do Not Call" List and I would love to know who they are so I can report them to the FCC.

Got 12 calls in 2 days... just ignored them. No idea what they wanted.

: A telemarketing company that pretends to represent various charitable organizations in order to get around the do not call list and rip people off. One organization it represents is the Colorado Police Protective Association. Do not give them money or you will be pestered repeatedly by other similar organizations, all of which fall under a telemarketing company called JAK productions.

I received a text message as well with the same message. I replied to the text informing them that I am at my place of business and asked if they were available to take my call after 5:00pm tonight. I never received a response.

They called me 15 times in over a week, asking for a lady who previously had my number. Their business is called Plaza Associates, a debt-reliever company. This lady had about 10 accounts on their system with my phone number on it, and they kept calling me. On Wednesday (12/08/10), they said they fixed it, then about an hour later I got a call from them, and so I called them back, and let them have it. I swore to them that I would press charges for harassment if they called me again - and that set them straight. It drove me nuts. But that's the end of my story.

Won't stop calling. Have told them to stop!

This is definitely a SCAM!!!!!! I got calls from this number. They claimed to be from Fidelity Investments. I googled this number and found out that it was once claimed to be from "Bank of America", "Michigan State University" and now "Fidelity Investments". It is clearly that all of those who claimed it legit are part of the fraud. Shame on you all!!!!!!!!!!!

A lady called and left a message to call back ASAP, and this was not a sales call.

Don't know who he is working for but he is harrasing my family and neighbors.
